We have a 15-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain products, such as perishable goods (e.g., batters and chutneys), are non-returnable.

2. Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
Products have live or dead weevils, or the product has spoiled upon delivery.
The packaging is torn or improperly sealed at the time of delivery.
The product has expired or gone bad at the time of delivery.
Original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided for an exchange. Products that have been used will not be eligible for exchange.
3. Cancellations:
Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the product has not been dispatched. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
