Return & Exchange Policy
At Milletify, customer satisfaction is our priority. Here are our return and exchange guidelines:
1. Returns:
- We have a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Certain products, such as perishable goods (e.g., batters and chutneys), are non-returnable.
- To initiate a return, email us at care@milletify.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
- Products have live or dead weevils, or the product has spoiled upon delivery.
- The packaging is torn or improperly sealed at the time of delivery.
- The product has expired or gone bad at the time of delivery.
Original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided for an exchange. Products that have been used will not be eligible for exchange.
3. Cancellations:
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the product has not been dispatched. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- Milletify reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with customer-provided details.
4. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
